Managed services
Backups that restore, tested on a schedule, for the day a laptop dies or someone clicks the wrong link.
Any business that would be hurt by losing a folder, a mailbox, or a server, which is every business. Especially the ones that assume their cloud platform is backing things up for them.
Backup is only useful if it restores, so every layer we put in place is built around getting the data back.
Cloud platform backup (Amplify). Daily backups of your business email, calendar, contacts, and cloud files, recoverable down to a single message or file. Your platform keeps your email available; it does not promise to back up what's in it. This layer is the second copy.
PC Cloud Backup. For the files that live on the computers themselves: scanned documents, local spreadsheets, drafts nobody saved to the shared drive. Every covered computer is backed up daily to encrypted off-site storage, with a week of daily restore points, a month of weekly, and six months of monthly, so a mistake that surfaces two weeks later is still fixable.
Servers and applications. For businesses that still run a server or a hosted application, we design a recovery plan around how long you can be down and how much work you could stand to redo, then test it on a schedule.
Restoring a backup to a brand-new computer is handled as a separate service, since it takes hands-on setup beyond a standard installation.
We've seen the version where the backup ran for three years and nobody ever tried a restore. Ours get tested, documented, and explained, so when the day comes, the question is how fast rather than whether.
Backup also underpins every compliance conversation we have. HIPAA, CMMC, and PCI all expect you to be able to get your data back, and we build to that expectation from the start.
How we work
Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.
You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.
You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.
Questions we hear
They keep the service running and replicate it for availability. Recovering a mailbox someone emptied six weeks ago, or a folder deleted on purpose, is a different job, and that's what the backup layer does.
A single file or message is a quick request to the Service Desk. A full computer or server follows the recovery plan we wrote with you, and you'll know the expected time before you ever need it.
Protect contains it on the device, and backup makes it recoverable. Off-site copies with retention are what let you restore from before the encryption instead of negotiating with anyone.
Send us a note and a person in Pueblo reads it. Or call (719) 283-3210 and ask for the Service Desk.
