Business Wi-Fi

Wired access points placed where the signal needs to be, on the right frequencies for a building full of devices.

Who it's for

Offices, clinics, shops, warehouses, and any building where the signal is strong but slow, or strong at the front desk and gone in the back.

What's included

Survey and design. Where the walls are, where the people are, how many devices are on at once, and which frequencies to put them on. Strong signal that's also fast is harder than it sounds.

Wired access points. Placed where the signal needs to be and cabled back to the switch, because mesh systems are for houses. Business access points managed from one place, with guest and internal networks kept separate.

Afterward. On Empower and above, access points are monitored around the clock, firmware is updated monthly, and network names and keys are changed on request, with on-site response when something affects more than one person.

Why AllTech for this

Most Wi-Fi complaints trace back to too many devices on the wrong frequency, with the signal bars looking fine the whole time. We design for the number of devices in the room, and we test the result.

The gear we put in all talks to each other and to the rest of your network, so when something's wrong, we can see it from one screen.

How we work

Three commitments, on every service.

4-Hour Response

Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.

No Surprises Billing

You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.

Your Keys. Your Kingdom.

You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.

Questions we hear

Common questions

Why wired access points instead of mesh?

Mesh units talk to each other over the air, which uses the same airtime your devices need. A wired access point gets its own path back to the switch, so all of its capacity goes to the people using it.

Can guests use our Wi-Fi?

Yes, on a separate guest network that can't see your computers, printers, or card systems. It's part of the design on every install.

How many access points do we need?

Fewer than you'd guess, placed better than you'd expect. The survey decides it, and we'd rather show you the map than guess.
