Compliance
The technical controls defense contractors need to keep DoD work.
Defense contractors and subcontractors in Southern Colorado who handle Federal Contract Information or Controlled Unclassified Information and need to keep the work.
CMMC asks for specific, verifiable controls. We start with a gap assessment against the level your contracts require, then implement the technical controls, document them, and maintain the evidence.
Assess. A scored standards review of where you stand today, the gaps, and a written roadmap to close them in an order that fits your contract timeline.
Implement. Access control and sign-in rules, monitored endpoints with logging, patching on a schedule, encrypted email, segmented networks, secure remote access, backup, and the configuration standards the practices call for.
Maintain. Policies kept current, access reviewed on a schedule, and the documentation and evidence your assessor will ask for organized year-round.
We've read the requirements, and we build to them rather than around them. Your accounts and your documentation stay yours from day one, which matters when an assessor asks who holds the keys.
Defense work is one of our core verticals, so the controls live inside the packages rather than as a special project on top of them.
How we work
Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.
You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.
You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.
Questions we hear
Level 1 covers Federal Contract Information and Level 2 covers Controlled Unclassified Information. Your contracts say which one applies, and the gap assessment starts there.
We implement and maintain the technical controls and prepare the evidence. The formal assessment is done by an independent assessor, and we work alongside them.
It depends on the gap. We sequence the technical controls first so the biggest gaps close early, and policies and evidence build from there. The roadmap gives you dates.
