Cybersecurity

Managed detection and response on every computer, and people watching when you're not.

Who it's for

Every AllTech client, because security is the first thing we put in place. Especially businesses that carry other people's data: practices, agencies, contractors, and firms whose clients trust them with it.

What's included

Security at AllTech is layered through the packages rather than sold as a separate product, so every client has the same baseline and the layers grow with the business.

On every computer (Protect). 24x7x365 monitoring by a security operations center, managed antivirus and anti-malware, advanced threat protection that catches what traditional antivirus misses, automated containment the moment something starts, security event logging and analysis, and weekly patching for Microsoft and third-party software. If your computers aren't staying updated, they aren't safe.

On your network (Protect). Cloud-based firewall and traffic inspection, malicious site and download blocking, web content filtering, internal network access controls, wireless protection, and secure remote access from any location.

For your people (Empower). Email protection that quarantines phishing, malware, and spoofed senders before they arrive, account-takeover protection, encrypted email, a password management platform for the whole team, and security awareness training built around the scams actually showing up in mailboxes.

For your identity (Amplify). Single sign-on across your business applications, sign-in rules by location and device, and dark web monitoring that surfaces a leaked password before it gets used.

For your leadership (Command). A written risk assessment, a maintained IT policy set, semi-annual access reviews, security questionnaire and cyber insurance support, and penetration testing arranged when you need it.

Why AllTech for this

Most of what we see go wrong starts small: one email that looked right, one computer that stopped updating, one account nobody turned off. Our team watches for those every day, and when something does start, it gets contained before you hear about it, then explained to you in plain language.

We also teach. Your team learns what a convincing phishing email looks like, your office manager learns why the password manager matters, and your leadership gets a clear picture of where you stand.

How we work

Three commitments, on every service.

4-Hour Response

Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.

No Surprises Billing

You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.

Your Keys. Your Kingdom.

You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.

Questions we hear

Common questions

We already have antivirus. Why isn't that enough?

Traditional antivirus looks for things it already knows about. Advanced threat protection watches behavior, and a security operations center watches the alerts. The combination catches what a signature list misses, and someone actually responds.

Will security slow my team down?

The tools run in the background and patching is scheduled around the workday. Single sign-on usually makes the day faster, because one login replaces a dozen.

Can you help with our cyber insurance application?

Yes. The controls insurers ask about (sign-in protection, backups, monitoring, training) are the ones the packages put in place, and on Command we complete the questionnaire with you.

Let's talk about your technology.
