Cloud and productivity

Google Workspace

If your business runs on Gmail and Drive, we'll keep it that way and make it work harder.

Who it's for

Businesses that already run on Gmail, Drive, and Meet and want it managed well, without being pushed to switch.

What's included

Setup and migration. New Workspace setup or a migration from another platform, with mail, Drive, and your domain's DNS records handled.

Administration. Users and groups, shared drives and permissions, mobile setup, and licenses matched to the people who use them.

Protection. Email filtering, account-takeover protection that flags unusual sign-in behavior on your Google accounts, a password manager, and security awareness training.

Backup. A separate backup of mail, Drive, and shared drives, because availability and recovery are two different promises.

Why AllTech for this

Plenty of IT providers only speak one platform. We support both, so the recommendation you get is about your business rather than our preference.

Everything else in the package applies the same way: monitored computers, a Service Desk that answers, and documentation you own.

How we work

Three commitments, on every service.

4-Hour Response

Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.

No Surprises Billing

You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.

Your Keys. Your Kingdom.

You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.

Questions we hear

Common questions

Can you secure Google accounts the way you secure Microsoft ones?

Yes. Account-takeover protection, sign-in rules, a password manager, and email filtering all apply. The tools differ; the standard is the same.

Does Google back up our Drive?

Google keeps Drive available. Recovering files someone deleted on purpose months ago needs a separate backup, which we provide.

Should we move to Microsoft?

Only if there's a business reason, like an application that requires it. If there is, we'll say so and plan the migration. If there isn't, stay.

Let's talk about your technology.

Send us a note and a person in Pueblo reads it. Or call (719) 283-3210 and ask for the Service Desk.
