Managed services
Four packages that build on each other, from one team you'll know by name.
Businesses with 10 to 30 people whose technology has become part of someone else's job: the office manager who resets passwords, the owner who holds the only administrator login, the Microsoft seats assigned to accounts nobody signs into. We work with healthcare practices, defense contractors, manufacturers, agricultural operations, retailers, professional firms, and automotive businesses across Pueblo, Colorado Springs, CaƱon City, and the rest of Southern Colorado.
Every package builds on the one before it, so you start where the business is and step up when it's ready. Protect covers every company computer. Empower, Amplify, and Command cover the people who use them.
"How would I even know if someone got into my system?" "How do I let my team work from home without opening us up?"
Protect answers those. Every laptop and desktop gets around-the-clock monitoring with a security team that responds the moment something looks wrong, advanced threat protection that catches what traditional antivirus misses, automated containment, weekly updates for Microsoft and third-party software, hardware health warnings before a failing part causes downtime, and a 30-day history of security events. The network gets the same attention: cloud-based firewall and traffic inspection, blocking of malicious sites and downloads, web content filtering, and secure remote access from anywhere. Our team becomes the security guard for every computer you own, which is why Protect goes on all of them. It's the foundation we build every partnership on, because an excellent technology experience starts with technology you can trust.
"How would I know if someone got into an employee's email?" "Who does my team call when something stops working?"
Your devices are defended; now we take care of the people running on them. Empower adds unlimited remote and on-site support from our Service Desk, with no ticket caps and no clock-watching. It wraps your email in protection: filtering that quarantines phishing, malware, and spoofed senders before they reach the inbox, account-takeover protection that locks down suspicious sign-ins, and encryption for the messages that need it. Every person gets a password vault and security awareness training built around the scams actually showing up in mailboxes. We handle new-hire setup and departing-employee offboarding, user accounts and security groups, printers, mobile devices, your business phone system, and the administration of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Your network is monitored around the clock, with a monthly firewall audit, firmware updates, and on-site response when something affects more than one person. Once a year we sit down for a Technology Business Review. It's like having an IT department without the overhead.
"How many passwords is my team keeping track of?" "What happens if someone deletes a folder we needed?"
Amplify puts one secure sign-in in front of the applications your team uses all day, with rules that check who is signing in, from where, and on what device before access is granted. Your company email addresses are monitored against known credential leaks, so a stolen password surfaces before it gets used. Your email, calendar, contacts, and cloud files get a daily backup you can restore down to a single message or file, because your platform keeps your email available but does not promise to back up what's in it. Company-wide email signatures stay consistent, and warranty claims on covered computers and printers are handled by our team.
"How do we stop reacting and start working a plan?" "At what point should we just hire someone in-house?"
Most companies reach a point where they want someone who owns technology sitting at the table every week. Command gives you that person: a dedicated representative who knows your business, your people, and your systems, in a standing weekly meeting with your leadership team. Each year we score where your technology stands, write the roadmap with you rather than hand it to you, prepare the IT budget, and assess risk in writing. Each quarter you choose one project from that roadmap and the work is already covered, so the answer to a good idea is "when" rather than "how much." Command also carries mobile device management, a monthly executive report, device lifecycle management, vendor and procurement management, a maintained IT policy set, semi-annual access reviews, insurance questionnaire support, and the compliance evidence and audit response your industry asks for. Command is scoped to your organization rather than counted per person.
An Email-Only User option covers people who need a professional inbox with the same email defenses and password tools as everyone else but don't need a company computer. Camera System Management keeps your cameras and recorders watched around the clock and is available with any package or on its own.
The people who answer the phone are the people who show up at your office. Our Service Desk is in Pueblo, and we write down what we did and why in language your office manager can use.
You hold administrator rights from day one, and we document every account and credential as we go. Onboarding starts with a full inventory of every device and account, so what we cover is what you actually have. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.
We'll also tell you if you don't need us. Some businesses need a solid backup and a few hours of project work a year. If that's you, we'll say so on the first call.
How we work
Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.
You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.
You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.
Questions we hear
No. Protect goes on every company computer first, because that's the baseline everything else depends on. Most clients add Empower at the same time so their people have someone to call, then step up to Amplify or Command when the business is ready. Each package requires the ones before it.
You call, email, or open the support app, a person responds within four hours during business hours, and the fix is included in your package. If it turns out to be a project rather than a fix, we'll say so before any work starts.
Then you'll already own your administrator accounts and your documentation, because you did from day one. We hand off cleanly and stay available for the pieces your new hire doesn't want.
Send us a note and a person in Pueblo reads it. Or call (719) 283-3210 and ask for the Service Desk.
