Cloud and productivity
Email, files, Teams, and identity, set up and managed by people who use it every day.
Businesses that run on email, Office apps, Teams, and shared files, and want the platform set up right and someone to administer it.
Setup and migration. New tenant setup or a move from another email system, with mailboxes, files, and your domain's DNS records handled so the switch is clean.
Administration (Empower). Users and groups, shared mailboxes and distribution lists, desktop file-sync and Teams configuration, license administration matched to the people who actually use them, and the mobile apps configured on phones and tablets, including the authenticator.
Protection (Empower). Email filtering that quarantines phishing, malware, and spoofed senders, account-takeover protection, and encryption for sensitive messages.
Identity and recovery (Amplify). Single sign-on across your business apps, sign-in rules by location and device, managed company-wide email signatures, and daily backup of mail, calendar, contacts, and cloud files.
Licenses are reconciled against your roster so seats match people, and you'll know the date before anything changes.
We run our own business on it, and we administer it every day. The settings most businesses never turn on (the ones your cyber insurance application asks about) are the ones we turn on first.
We also size your plan to what your team uses. Many small businesses sit on a plan built for a much larger company; we'll tell you if that's you.
How we work
Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.
You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.
You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.
Questions we hear
No. We support Google Workspace too. If you're happy where you are, we'll make it work harder.
Yes. Mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and files come over, your domain's records are updated, and the cutover is scheduled so nobody loses a message.
You do. Your administrator account is yours from day one, documented, and we work from our own named accounts. Your Keys. Your Kingdom.
Send us a note and a person in Pueblo reads it. Or call (719) 283-3210 and ask for the Service Desk.
