Infrastructure and projects
Business-class firewalls, switching, and segmented networks designed for how your building works.
New offices, growing offices, and offices where the Wi-Fi has become a daily topic of conversation. Also anyone whose network was built by whoever was available at the time.
Design. A plan for how your building and your people actually work: which devices need to talk to each other, which shouldn't, where the guest network stops, and how cameras, phones, and card systems stay on their own segments.
Equipment. A business-class firewall that supports segmented networks, managed switches, and wired access points, from the same product family so it all talks to each other and we can see all of it from one place.
Installation. Rack, patch panel, labeling, configuration, testing, and documentation, done by our team rather than a subcontractor.
Afterward. On Empower and above, the network is monitored around the clock, firmware is updated monthly, the firewall is audited monthly, and warranty claims are coordinated for you.
Setting it up right now is always easier than rebuilding it in five years. A segmented network on business-class gear is the difference between a problem that stays in one corner and a problem that takes the whole office down.
The people who design it are the people who support it, so the documentation gets written for someone who will actually use it.
How we work
Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.
You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.
You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.
Questions we hear
It works for a house. A business needs a firewall that can separate guest traffic from card systems and cameras, inspect what's coming in, and be monitored. That's a different class of equipment.
Often, yes. We test what's there first. Where it's undocumented or failing, we'll tell you what needs to be replaced and why, and we can do the cabling ourselves.
It depends on the building. A single office is usually a short on-site visit once the planning is done; a multi-floor build-out is scheduled around construction. Either way you'll have the plan and the dates before we start.
