Office Moves and Build-outs

The technology side of a move, planned before the boxes.

Who it's for

Businesses moving into a new space, expanding into the suite next door, or building out from bare walls, who want the technology ready on day one.

What's included

Before the boxes. A walkthrough of the new space, a plan for cabling, network, Wi-Fi, phones, cameras, and workstations, and coordination with your general contractor, electrician, and internet provider so the circuits are live before you are.

Pre-configured. Firewall, switches, access points, and phones built and tested at our shop, so install day is mounting and plugging in rather than figuring out.

Move day. Workstations packed, moved, set up, and tested at every desk, with our team on site.

Day one. Your people sit down and work. We stay through the first days for the questions that only show up once everyone's in the building.

Why AllTech for this

The more we can pre-plan, pre-configure, and prepare, the better the experience we deliver on move day. Most of the work happens before anyone lifts a box.

And because the team doing the move is the team that supports you afterward, nothing gets lost in the handoff.

How we work

Three commitments, on every service.

4-Hour Response

Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.

No Surprises Billing

You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.

Your Keys. Your Kingdom.

You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.

Questions we hear

Common questions

How early should we involve you?

As soon as you've signed the lease, and ideally before, so we can check the space for internet service and cabling. Internet circuits in particular can take weeks to install.

Can you do this over a weekend?

Often, yes. We plan the move around your calendar so the business closes on Friday and opens on Monday.

What about our old space?

We decommission it: equipment pulled, data wiped where needed, and the circuits cancelled on the date you choose.
