Infrastructure and projects
Cameras and door access that talk to each other, with a log of who went where and when.
Shops, warehouses, clinics, offices, and multi-site businesses that want to see what happened, know who went where, and get a call when a door doesn't latch.
Cameras. Network cameras with continuous recording, placed for coverage rather than count, on a recorder sized for the retention you need. One interface for live view and playback, on site or from your phone.
Access control. Door readers, keyless entry, and badges or codes per person, managed from the same interface as the cameras, with a detailed log of who went where and when, and alerts when a door is forced or left open.
Integration. The gear we put in all talks to each other and to your network. A door event pulls up the camera that saw it.
Camera System Management (add-on). Available with any package or on its own: system performance and storage health monitored around the clock, feed availability and recording monitored, recorder and camera firmware updated monthly, cameras brought back online, image and audio issues chased down, footage reviewed and exported on request, user access managed, and remote access configured. Scoped to your camera and recorder count.
A camera that stopped recording and a door that doesn't report are the two things you find out about on the day you needed them. Ours are monitored, so you hear about an offline camera the day it happens. And when you need the footage, we'll comb through it with you.
Because it all rides on the network we built, there's one team to call.
How we work
Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.
You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.
You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.
Questions we hear
Yes. Remote access is part of setup, secured the same way we secure the rest of your sign-ins.
As long as the recorder is sized for. We'll ask how far back you need to look and size the storage to match, then monitor it so it stays that way.
Usually. We'll look at what's there, tell you what can stay, and what should be replaced to get everything into one interface.
Send us a note and a person in Pueblo reads it. Or call (719) 283-3210 and ask for the Service Desk.
