Security Essentials

A well-kept foundation under the day-to-day, for teams with a handful of computers.

Who it's for

Insurance agencies, small offices, and other businesses with a few computers and no need for a full IT setup yet. If your team is 10 people or more, or you need someone to call when something stops working, start with our managed IT packages instead.

What's included

You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from managed IT. Essentials is built for businesses that want a well-kept foundation underneath the day-to-day, with room to add more as the business calls for it.

Onboarding and transition

A full review of administrator access, documentation, and account ownership across your systems; a documented inventory of computers, printers, phones, and connected devices; and our security tools deployed to every computer. By the time we're done, you have a documented baseline and a clear picture of what's in place.

Endpoint Security

Every company computer gets 24/7 security monitoring and response from real analysts, advanced threat protection that catches what traditional antivirus misses, weekly software updates scheduled around the workday, and hardware health monitoring that warns about failing parts before they cause downtime. Endpoint Security goes on all company-owned computers.

Employee Security (optional)

Your devices are defended; now let's take care of your people. Each person gets a Microsoft 365 business account instead of free mailboxes that don't talk to each other, a password manager with shared access and compromised-credential alerts, email protection with encryption for sensitive messages, account-takeover protection that flags unusual sign-ins, and web threat filtering on every covered device.

Add more as you need it

PC Cloud Backup gives every covered computer a daily, encrypted, off-site backup with a week of daily restore points, a month of weekly, and six months of monthly, restorable down to a single file. Network Management and Response adds monitoring of your internet service, network gear, and wireless, with coordinated remote and on-site response when something affects more than one person at once.

Essentials does not include on-demand technical support for individual workstations or users. When your team needs someone to call, our Empower package is the next step.

Why AllTech for this

Small teams get the same analysts, the same tools, and the same documentation habits as our largest clients. The footprint is smaller; the standard is the same.

Once we're in, you'll have a clear picture of what you have, what's protected, and who to call when something comes up. When the business grows into needing more, the move up is a short conversation, because the foundation is already in place.

How we work

Three commitments, on every service.

4-Hour Response

Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.

No Surprises Billing

You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.

Your Keys. Your Kingdom.

You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.

Questions we hear

Common questions

Does Essentials include someone to call when my computer acts up?

Essentials covers monitoring, updates, and protection for your computers. Day-to-day support for individual people and workstations lives in our Empower package. If that's what you need, we'll point you there.

Can we add pieces later?

Yes. Employee Security, PC Cloud Backup, and Network Management and Response are available whenever they make sense. Once the foundation is in place and the environment is stable, those become easy conversations.

What happens during onboarding?

We review who has administrator access and who owns which accounts, document every computer, printer, phone, and connected device, and deploy our security tools. Nothing goes live until every system is accounted for.
