Planning with someone on your side of the table.
Owners and leadership teams who are done with technology decisions arriving as emergencies. On Empower and Amplify, planning happens in an annual review; on Command, it's a weekly seat at the table.
On every support package. A Technology Business Review, held annually on Empower and Amplify and twice a year on Command, that walks through what you have, what's aging, what's at risk, and what we recommend for the year ahead. IT documentation and a knowledge base maintained as we go, so the plan is written down.
On Command. A dedicated account representative and a standing weekly meeting with your leadership team, so technology decisions get made alongside business decisions. Each year: a scored technology posture assessment, a standards review and written roadmap, a written risk assessment, and IT budget preparation. Each quarter: one project chosen together from the roadmap, delivered with the work already covered, and reviewed with an outcome report. Monthly executive reporting, a twice-yearly asset and inventory report, complete device lifecycle management, vendor and procurement management, and priority escalation to our senior team.
A roadmap is only worth something if it's maintained with you rather than handed to you. Ours is scored, so you can see the standards you're meeting and the ones you're not, and the next step is always one you chose.
Command exists for the companies that want someone who owns technology sitting at the table every week, carrying it the way an internal director would. If you're ready to hire that person in-house, we'll help you build the handoff; our article on hiring IT in-house lays out the honest math.
How we work
Reach out during business hours and a person responds within four hours. Usually a lot sooner.
You pay for a package or a scoped project, and that covers the work. No hourly tally, no per-incident invoice.
You own your administrator accounts and your documentation from day one. If you ever hire in-house, the handoff is clean.
Questions we hear
Replacement schedules, security and compliance gaps with a score against the standards, the projects that close them, and the order we'd do them in. It's written in plain language and updated as decisions get made.
Your representative from AllTech and whoever owns decisions on your side: usually the owner or general manager, the office manager, and anyone running a department that leans on technology. Short, remote, and on the calendar.
No. Every support package includes a Technology Business Review and documentation. Command adds the weekly cadence, the written assessments, and the quarterly project with the work included.
